MVP 2023 Flex727 Posted March 2, 2023 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted March 2, 2023 Okay, to answer your question, MI 812 has a Power-Up value of 1760. You can change the value by going online with VisiLogic or through INFO Mode and it will stay that way until the PLC is power cycled. If you change that power-up value in the VisiLogic software and download the change then try to overwrite all the operand values from a file, the operand values will revert to the (new) power-up value when the PLC is restarted.

Visilogic shouldn't care (to a point) that perhaps the program doesn't match up, it will simply display the online status of operands. Again check as much as you can, particularly in your potential scaling area as you may be able to change numbers already loaded, trial things, and if they are set to load original number on reboot, nothing will be changed. Make careful notes of the initial numbers so that you can put them back in place if they are not set to load particular numbers on boot. 😖
