UDT and ULG file format

I´d like to have the UDT and ULG file format specifications so I can read their contents.

I intend to set up a v130 controller to send tables to a Gmail account on a regular basis.

Then I´ll build a C++ program that opens that Gmail account, gets the e-mails, read their contents and store values in a database.

Sure I could use CSV, but UDT files are much smaller, and I believe they have a checksum, making the proccess safer.
