Here I am returning your corrected application  for PLC , You made a mistake that you wanted to send the output directly in RC it is possible to send DO as MB only

and adjust for yours screen in V 560. Joe explained to you how to make address, but programming time  for RC1 is the safest at 38,400 via RS232

[How to reset the CAN open communication?]

I made a small test application but I do not succeed, If you managed to solve the problem please let me know, how !!!

Yes it's possible. The thing is just in correct addressing, One PLC must be master and he must communicate with RC 1.
Use the app I made for testing,  in all three PLCs just give them their addresses correctly and determine who will communicate with RC 1
