Yes, I used Benewake's original software for RS485 and I have a connection with the sensor i.e. I can configure it and get distance data graphically and numerically. In what I get from the monitoring of my PLC, after 59 59 there is information about the distance, then the quality of the data, and after that the temperature inside the sensor. The data is alive, that is. responds to changes. Addresses 0, 1 did not give a result. ????? Thank you!

I have a problem with the EXF-RC15, specifically its encoder input. Namely, when the power is turned off, its memory position value becomes 0. How can I overcome this problem?
