[Not able to uninstall Visilogic]

I followed your instruction but I still cant open the project. I get "Runtime error 70 Permission denied."

Hi,

I am a new user of Visilogic and installed the latest version in Windows 8.1.

I experience the following:

 

1. Permission 9 denied - When trying to open the program

2. When I manage to open the program I can save but if I try to open the file the program crash.

3. Sometimes I get the message "application is running" when I try to open Visilogic.

 

When I now try to uninstall i get: "An error occurred while launching the setup. the remote procedure call failed"

 

Any advice would be great.
