Which versions of VisiLogic and RA you're using?
As I have stated I tried this with VisiLogic 8.0.1 and the latest one VisiLogic 9.2.0 and RA installed from the respective VisiLogic packages.

Hello,
I'm using an enfora 1308 GPRS modem and Vision 280 PLC I am able to connect the PLC to the PC using the GPRS connection through RemoteAccess software from unitronics (The pc is in listening mode) but whenever I try to query the PLC for example get the current system software version I get a " Run-time error 13: Type Mismatch" and the program crashes. I have tried this from Visilogic with the same result. I can confirm this behavior with both Visilogic 8.0.1 and the latest 9.2.0 version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Test-driven development in the PLC world
in Vision & Samba PLC + HMI Controllers & VisiLogic Software

Hello,
I'm a software engineer and I had an interesting discussion with a friend of mine who is doing PLC type of work. I was very surprised to learn that there are, apparently, no frameworks to do test-driven development. I'm not a PLC guy but the way I see it software for PLC is nothing more than something which takes an input in the form of an electrical signal and then ouputs a certain electrical current (0s or 1s) which makes it perfectly susceptible to test-driven development. Is it actually possible to do this in unitronics or via some sort of 3rd party framework/tool?
