I recently downloaded and installed the latest version(6.6.13) of U90Ladder, and found out the "Select Operand And Address" window in nowhere to be found when I edited ladder code and need to assign operands to functions. Uninstall, check UAC was disabled, and then re-install did not solve this issue.
Visilogic installed on the same PC does not have this issue at all.
