[Error creating the UnCmDrv1.clsCommDriver object in VB6]

I'm running VB6 on a Teradyne UltraFlex .Net 4.0, trying to talk to a MD MAXTC PLC.

I've installed the UnCmDrv1.dll.  I'm trying the following call from both my VB6 program and the "VisionCommDriveExample" provided by you.

 

I get the following error (see attached file) to this command:

 

   'Create new instance of the Comm Driver Dll.

   Set mComDriver = New UnCmDrv1.clsCommDriver

 

basically a "Run-time error '339':  Application-defined or object-defined error"

 

Any ideas what I'm missing?
