    Good morning, please i have a challenge on the 2 issues listed below;

    1.     I configured my unistream plc to ethernet and i was able to control it from a system to VNC but this is only when am around the facility using same IP with PLC but trying to access it from another region through another internet provider, it does not connect. please what is the way out so that i will be able to monitor and control remotely

    2.     I tried configuring the android remote operator but its just giving configuration error. what is the way out ?

     

    Please i need a way out to make my process completed.

    See net 1 in the original program, every time the PLC  scans the logic it is going to load the Main display. (In a Vision unit we are talking every 4-5 mS) You can remove this net.

    Also while net 2 works you should have it broken into 4 separate nets. Nets 7,9,11,13,16,18 in the Main routine should also be separated in to multiple nets( you can get abnormal operation with the way you've done it)  I didn't check the other subroutines but any where you've done something similar should be broken in to multiple nets.

    And why are you calling the displays from the ladder using MB's linked to touch properties??  If you click on the Links & Jumps tab while editing an HMI you can put your display calls there and not have them in your ladder.

  15. Analog input programs

    Thanks, for the subroutine, I worked on it but yet to get the function

    I get that now, each logic for each rung.

    For the alarm, I will latch the output.

    For the comparison, I want to use the output of the 3 sensor to open or close a valve and that was why I did it that way but the fact that it is wrong, kindly advice how to go about it.

    Also, for the subroutine, is it that each detector will be design In a subroutine or what ?

    Please if you have any written program that you know I can learn from, kindly help attach to aid my learning.
