Hi,

I need to connect several flow meters that output a low frequency pulsed signal. I can easily do this with the HSC ports but they are limited in number and the frequency I need doesn't warrant their use. How can I use the standard digital inputs to count the pulses sent from the flow meters?

I plan to use a V120 to do this.

I understand that live streaming the data into a trend is out but is there any way to plot data from a file or data base shortly after acquisition?

I think that I left out a key point here, I need to display the graph of ( current Vs B Field) on the PLC itself,  it is a part of the run up procedure and can not be done off line.

I have a 1210, 570 and a 120 to play with. My intentions were to use the 1210 outside and a 570 connected through a fiber optic line on the inside. There is a 4,000,000 volt difference between regions.

Hi,

I am looking to use Unitronics Vision products to automate the linear accelerators at the Albany Ion Beam Lab.   I first need to verify that the system will perform certain operations. I am reasonably familiar with Visilogic but I can not figure out if the system will plot a graph that is not dependent on time. I need to record and set a PWM output and then record the response from the accelerator and then  graph the results. This would act like a poor mans spectrometer.  The data would need to be stored, so working from a data file is ok but I can not figure out how to do this. I guess the question is; is there a simple way to accomplish this goal, and if so, how?
