[Runtime error '5' !!!!]

Trying to connect laptop to PLC thru Remote Access so I can view screens real-time and get screen shots for a product manual.

All settings are correct, however when I press the "On Line" button, I keep getting a "Runtime error '5'" error message.

Can anyone help me here??!! I'm under the gun to get this manual finished!

[Connection - PLCModels.xml]

Using a V570 PLC and a Windows 7 equipped PC to communicate using Remote Operator.

When I try to connect (under Communications Settings), I hit the "Check Connection" button and I get a window that pops up "Unable to create PLCName.xml"

I know the computer will communicate thru Visilogic software, however am having no luck on the Remote Operator program.

Any thoughts?? Help??
