This seminar will be given by Anthony Nicolaides and Jas Lettieri
First Day: "What's a PLC"?
-Presentation of Unitronics Products and features.
-VisiLogic software introduction.
-Basic programming, including:
-Ladder & HMI elements
-Timers and clock functions
-Hardware configuration - Working with analog I/O and HSC/HSO
-Data tables
-Using GSM modem and SMS function.
Second Day: Advanced programming including:
-Creating Trends.
-Built in Alarms
-Logging Capabilities including data tables and SD.
-Get to know other Unitronics software such as Remote Access, DataXport and much more.
- Presentation of Unitronics Products and features - to those who did not attend day 1.
Third Day: Dedicated entirely to communications:
-Presentation about physical layers & protocols
-Serial RS232/485 - programming MODBUS protocol and Open Protocol
-CANBUS - Overview of CANBUS protocols such as UniCAN, CAN ISC, CanOpen, EX-RC1 (remote I/O adapter) + Programming UniCAN
-Ethernet -TCP/IP, Sockets,Built in Web Server and Email functions.
All the 3 days topics will include programming examples together with the participants!

When will we start?
At 9:00. Please come early to setup. Coffee will be set out at 8:00 so come early and we can talk shop! The session should end at about 5:00pm.
How much will this cost?
Training is free but the only costs are for food and services we have already ordered, $150 per person for the 3 days. Representatives and distributors attend free! Please send a check to us or reply with a purchase order number made out to Unitronics.
What will you need?
Please be certain to bring a laptop, an Enhanced Vision Series Controller (Specifically a Vision350™ or Vision570™), a 24VDC powersupply, and a USB converterwe recommend KEYSPANif you need one. (the ONLY products customers have been completely frustrated with are converters made by Belkin). If you don't have a plc just ask before you come and we'll provide one.
