  1. I know exactly what subroutine is causing the crash. The problem is I have the screen call identical to other subroutines that do not have this error.

I am calling the HMI jump via ladder instead of Links and Jumps.

So I have a reset numerics subroutine and at the very end it jumps back to the startup screen. I call the subroutine in one ladder with no issue. I call it in this certain ladder and recieve this error.

Your also correct. Not sure why I was typing MB its 217 KB

  2. Download all and burn: backs up the new appication in the PLCs flash memory. Forces the reset after the download.

Burn upload project: Enables the entire project to be uploaded from the Vision PLC. Also forces the reset after the download.

For what you are trying to do you should be using Download all and burn.

Upload should be used to pull the program from the PLC to the computer I believe, I have never used it myself.

  3. Okay I've researched pull-up and pull down resisters now. I have a general understanding of them. Which way would it need wired in our system. This also brings me back to my original question, why do we not need these on the v130, but we need them on the canbus. The Banner DF-g2 is not in a floating state. It either outputs a 0 or a 1 based on how we have it set, Light Operate, or Dark Operate. I don't believe it to be in a floating output state ever.
