I use configuration like attached. I have online connection with PLC via VPN. I change Network ID for modbus_ip_config block. After that I can't connect to plc I can ping but cannot connect to it anymore.

So I need to do call for two TCP/IP SOCKET (Socket 1 and Socket 3) and than call MODBUS_IP_CONFIG (Socket 3)? Or I need just to use TCP/IP SOCKET (Socket 1) and MODBUS_IP_CONFIG (Socket 3)

Thanks a lot, I already watch and read that. I mean to enable both communication PC access and Modbus TCP communication at the same time. Modbus slave is on Unitronics PLC and Master on Siemens PLC. On start-up bit I set PLC NAME and TCP CARD INIT. For Unitronics, as I understand I should use Socket 3 for non-unitronics PLC in Fb MODBUS_IP CONFIG. Right? Can I use Socket 2? What I should to put in other parameters especially to Network ID, and how to populate Slaves table?

Also I'm not sure, how Cinterion modem can supply power via 1 and 6 pins?! When you look on DB9 pinout for modem and pinout for PLC add-on port module PRG there are some differences. Also I look at the RS add-on module, also have differences with modem pinout. Maybe MJ10 connectors have some chip to do exchange or whatever??? My scenario is: MODEM & PLUG Cinterion BGS2T --- MJ10-22-CS76 CABLE MJ20-CB200 6 wires PLC & PLUG Jazz JZ20-T18 --- MJ20-PRG (add on module)

Yes, you are right, my fault when writing post...The real situation is with MJ10-22-CS76. Sorry my fault. I use that cable but got message mentioned above. I'm not sure what is the problem. I Init modem from modem services. SIM card is valid and can send SMS.

OK, I use 6 wires cable MJ20-CB200, MJ20-PRG connector on PLC side, and MJ10-22-CS10 on modem side, but I always get SI180=3. I use Simple SMS example from U90 ladder set change PLC to Jazz JZ20-T18, and modify phone number in phone book. I tried with regular RS232 cable and PC I can send and receive message. I'm not sure why modem reply with Got unknown message...

Can I use MJ20-PRG with it's cable and modem plug MJ10-22-CS76? I tried simple SMS messaging, and always got SI180=3, Got unknown message...

How to make communication between two Cinterion modems. On one side I have Jazz JZ20-T18 with Cinterion modem. Another side should be Scada with Cinterion modem. On PLC I make MODBUS slave communication, and direct connection between PLC and SCADA (RS232) works. I tried than to make connection between PLC-Scada via cinterions. 1. Initilaise PLC side modem and connect to Jazz. 2. Initilaise PCside modem and connect to scada. Communication not work. Does I need some steps to do? Which can be the problem? Maybe I should initialise PLCside modem and connect to scada?

Next tip, I tried U90 Ladder on VMWindows 10 x64 it works. On VM Win 7 x64 1. U90 6.6.0 does NOT work 2. U90 6.6.10 does NOT work 3. U90 6.6.28 does NOT work 4. U90 6.6.36 does NOT work 5. U90 6.6.45 does NOT work Maybe some older version works.

I think that there is some problems with windows. I tried on another machine Windows 7 pro x64, same situation. Than I tried on my host machine Win10 pro x64, and everything works fine, also with both, usb mini cable and mj20-prg and usb converter. I suspect that some Windows components, updates are not compatible with u90 software.

Yes, for sure. I tried a couple of times. No succsess. Tried to reinstal U90, also USB drivers but it's not work. Change a lot of Mini USB cables.... I can check OS, and there seems that communication is good. But when I tried to download, all sections are greyed out. And after that comes error message. Pictures attached. When closing U90 Ladeer always popup message pic 3 attached comes, is that normal???

Hi all. I have Windows 7 Pro 32bit OS. Installed U90 Ladder as described in pdf Software system requirements. Checked Run as admin, UAC set to lower level. Go to Operating System, select COM port and CHeck os, communication works. When try to download project, error occurs: Could not communicate... Tried with to JZ-20 programming kit and USB-Serial Prolific adapter, and also direct with USB mini cable, the same behaviour happens. Which can be the problem? On the same machine I have VisiLogic which works without any problems. Thanks in advance.
