thank you support didnt reply but i solved the problem i updated the controller to the latest version with USB stick and also the software/program to the latest version every thing working perfect

hello I have a usc-b10-t42 controller that was hacked I was able to log in and download the program but when i try to log in with VNC i get an error plc (cpu) did not boot successfully (code 8 ) I checked into it and its like the cpu is dead but I don't know how a hack can cause it any idea? thank you
