    I use an Unistream HMI 1024x600 pixels and I want a popup window i.e. 400x400 i.e. for adjusting av valve. Is this possible i Unilogic?

      UniStream popups are fixed size.
      Only the user popup(Message Box) has dynamic size: 

      Width min:440, max: (screen Width * 0.95)
Height min:192, max: (screen Height * 0.95)

It is set according to the message length.
For example: 10 lines message with 3 empty lines at the top and bottom will give you
~ 440X440
