How do i gearing a HSC and HSO?

Hi guy's

I use lots of times vision series plc's for many applications.(communication, analog I/O, heat sensing etc.). But now i have a new project and i want to use Vision130-33-tra22 with a 360 puls shaft encoder and a servo drive NPN mode.

My question is encoder and the servo motor can be moved at the same time? This mode is known as "Gearing" and generaly use at the "flycut" aplications.

I fail do it and i wait your helps...
