ESD - V130-33-T2

Hi,

We're using the V130-33-T2 in the equipment we build, currently the equipment is out to get the CE test procedure done. The issue is that the V130 failed the ESD test, the unit is charged with 8kV (max. 15kV possible depending on environment) and the half screen turns black, the V130 is grounded and the V130 is still working (button function etc.).

Since the V130 comes with CE mark I'd like to undestand the test condition at Unitronics and I'd like to ask who can give me support asap.

Did somebody experience the same issue?
