Fail to send SMS via UniStream that use UCR-ST-B5-EU

Hi all,
I'm using UniStream 10.1 with UCR-ST-B5-EU router.

when I'm entering the URL of the router via the laptop I can send an SMS to the required phone number but when I'm entering the plc program which it must send an SMS nothing happens(The UniStream does not send me any SMS).

can someone help me please ?
