TURQUOISE Posted September 25, 2010 Report Share Posted September 25, 2010 WE'RE OPERATING WITH A V-290 B/W WITH ITS PROGRAM SUCCESSFULLY LOADED AND RUNNING, THE SCREEN WAS TURN OFF AFTER OF ACTION THAT CONTROLS A MONOPHASIC MOTOR SCR OUTPUT. THEN TO ENTER THE BOOTSTRAP (V 2.04), I TRIED TO LOAD A 5.04 VERSION O/S TO MAKE IT BOOT AGAIN BUT,AT THIS TIME EVEN ACHIEVEMENT THAN THE SCREEN TURNED DEFINITIVELLY OFF. R.Mozes Posted September 26, 2010 Report Share Posted September 26, 2010 Hello, Try to power off the PLC>touch and hold the screen>power on the PLC>connect your PLC via COM-1 to the PC , in VisiLogic go to connection menu>communication & OS>go to tab= install operating system and click on the check button and then Download button Use baud rate 57600. TURQUOISE Posted September 27, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 27, 2010 Hi , I did that, but when OS is going to load, our PLC is turned off (screen black), and subsequently the load is stopped. Is the S/N important to do a diagnosis? . We're loading same program (ladder) in a new one with no problem this afternoon. Thank you in advance!!
