Halil Posted August 30 Report Share Posted August 30 Hello, I have a Unitronics Samba 35-J-R20 PLC + HMI device. I previously uploaded and made changes to the program on the device without issues, and I successfully uploaded it several times. After creating my program, I added Modbus and COM port blocks to the ladder page to configure Modbus settings and test if I could establish a remote connection (since I had never used Modbus communication before, I proceeded through trial and error and by looking at some examples). After the last upload, I was unable to connect to the device. I wanted to revert to factory settings via the Information Mode menu, but I couldn't find such an option. While I can connect to the device via the Boot and Factory Boot menus, I cannot connect on the OS screen. Do you have any suggestions? Best regards. MVP 2023 kratmel Posted August 30 MVP 2023 Report Share Posted August 30 Try to set PLC in to Stop mode in Information Mode menu. Your PLC use modbus configuration for Port 1 and you must stop program for connect to Visilogic. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
