HigHTech Posted January 9, 2013 Report Share Posted January 9, 2013 A couple of questions: 1.- Is M2 reading the movement of the encoder? 2.- If M2 is reading the movement, then your problem can be the sampling rate for reading the frequency. You need to generate enough pulses in 100 ms to start reading the frequency. How many pulses/rev is your encoder? How rpm are you going to have in your system? Try 1000 ms sampling rate.
