M2M Providers

Any recommendation on M2M Providers?

We've looked at multiple carriers etc and have come up with the following.

Kore Telematics (AT&T): Requires VPN for Static IP = Extra Monthly Cost and we're a smaller company looking for cost effective monitoring for customer

AT&T (Directly): Higher Monthly plans; We couldnt get the PLC/Modem to Register with given APN (i2gold) so therefore NO Communication

JAZZ Wireless: Everything worked correctly; PC to PLC Communication would only work with "Ignore Break" selected; Communication was so slow Tablet/App would Connect and then Disconnect because of lag time in polling a single register
