billfusion Posted March 7, 2014 Report Share Posted March 7, 2014 I have a vision 570 that was programmed (by at least 3 persons from looks of code). Can't get Ethernet or modem config setups to work. Looked easy in webinar videos.. 2 ways in which will work on this 570 is the USB port and the rs232 ports. If i can get the modem (airlink raven XT) set up right i can get this unit online remotely. (boss will be happy). The Airlink raven has this real nice webpage based config screen. I just need to know the setup for all the screens. Speed, verbose, dtr, cts, TCP, handshakes and such. I have got OK to come up on the sniffer screen when reboot and did have gibberish come up earlier on one setting when I used remote operator to request ID. The visilogic does not like the modem for some reason (maybe because it needs the right initialize commands) Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Eyal Koren Posted March 31, 2014 Report Share Posted March 31, 2014 Hi, Unitronics Vision series supports a limited selection of modems. Unfortunately, Airlink Raven XT is not one of them.
