Alexander Posted April 25, 2014 Report Share Posted April 25, 2014 We have a FB protocol that will allow you to receive and send messages over a serial port. The message formats will have to be known and configured by the programmer but should be possible to accomplish with any third party protocol. The maximum message length is 500 characters. A message may also include up to 50 variables. Please note that a single section whether text or variable may not exceed 255 characters. If you have not set up FB protocol before I would also highly recommend watching our webinar on how to configure and use these features in VisiLogic. A link to the webinar is provided below.
