ronald
Hello, we use DataXport for ~20 PLCs. The database (*.ulp - file) is growing constantly. By now it exeeds 100 Mb, which makes the program unresponsive and slow. I found that it is a renamed MS-Access database, which contains all data that have ever been transmitted. Is there any way to delete the old data? The "clear logs" option evidently doesn't. Thank you for any hint, Ronald
Eyal Koren
Hi Ronald, Open the ULP file in DataXport, go to "Project" menu and select the option "Log Files". Now select one or more logs and press "Remove".
ronald
Hello Eyal, I see the list under "Project / Log Files", but I can not mark, select nor remove. There are no buttons in the top row of the window, just a grey bar. I assume there should be some buttons to remove or maybe export ? Eyal Koren
What DataXport version are you using? The most latest is V3.1.16 and I recommend downloading it from here. If updating DataXport doesn't solve the issue, please contact me at support@unitronics.com
