Radu Posted July 16, 2015 Report Posted July 16, 2015 Hello I want to make a linearization and I read that you need to set the limits in SI but I can't modify anything. I need some help with this.
s.pratt Posted July 16, 2015 Report Posted July 16, 2015 Hello, You may linearize your values via the ladder, or when you create a variable linked to your integer. If you wish to create this linearization via the ladder, it is consider a "special function" in U90 and you must use system integers and system bits to perform this function. You must store your values into SI80-SI84, then set SB80 to activate the linearization function. You result will be in SI85, which you must then store this value into the integer you wish to use. To see an example of how to create this ladder and what to store into each SI, please navigate to the help files in U90. Navigate to and then open the "HMI" book, then the "Display" book, and finally on the "Linearization" page, you will find two links for examples on how to linearize an integer (via the variable created, or via the ladder). Please let me know if this helps.
