Hello,

I am new to this forum. I have a V1040 Unitronics and I am looking to use a scanner to load a part number resulting in a recipe parameters loaded. I see the port that is used on the V1040 is an RJ-11. I am trying to find a scanner that will work via RS-232 with an RJ-11 Jack. I haven't had much luck. Can someone point me in a direction of a Scanner they have used in the past?

Thanks!!!

Hi

We have these bar code scanners connected to V1040's in our shipping dept

Motorola DS9028 RS232 to go into the PLC's - V1040's  Com 2

Very flexible in codes being read.

We use standard codes and 2 dimensional Q codes.

Reliable.

Hi;

Yes,   Be sure you get the RS232 Model and Power supply.

Also get  and extra programming cable     RS232-CB1  to connect to Com 2.
