When I connect remote operator with Vislogic (PLC program), I lost all details on display. Please check the attached picture.

I run remote operator on different version of Windows (XP, Win7) on DELL notebooks. All failed. Any suggestion?

I run it on one PC with Win7 (Chinese version), it is ok.

Hi Rocky, you need to create the image cache file.  It then gets stored on the local PC.  With the PC that is working OK you (or someone) must have created the image cache on a previous occasion.
