Cannot save .csv file to Network Drive

I am using a V130. Dataxport is extracting the data hourly . Everything is working with one exception. I need to have the data written to a public network drive so that other users can view and manipulate it. The PC where DataXport is loaded and used is definitely mapped to this drive.  I can provide a print screen of the 'Excel/.csv Files Properties' drop-down showing only the c: and d: drives. And in the background is a Windows Explorer screen that shows the contents of the drive that I want to save the files to.  I've attached a .pdf of the print screen that depicts my problem.

Can anyone help?
