Importing DataTables from XML - Hebrew issue

Hello Unitronics!

This issue regards importing data table structure from XML, when the column names contain Hebrew characters.

When exporting the data tables structure to XML - the file is built properly and the Hebrew column names appear as they should.

However, importing the structure from that file renders all Hebrew characters as question marks.

While UPD files are nice and have no issues with Hebrew, it would be really awesome if the XML files would work properly with Hebrew as well.

The XML files allow us to do great things, such as creating the Data Tables structure using tools other than VisiLogic, and integrating the creation of the Data Tables structure with other tools we use when developing systems involving Unitronics PLCs.
