RS485 Scada setup isn't working

I'm trying to read the registries in V130 with a modbus device using RS485 on COM1. I've changed the jumpers accordingly and in the software side, I've configured Com Init, Modbus config & Modbus Scan EX. 

I'm using a Simply Modbus Master simulator to test but for some reason I'm not getting any response from the PLC. Only the Rx values are incrementing when I request to read values but nothing is happening to the Tx numebrs. 

Any help on this would be great.

What is PLC ID you read from?

Did you set it at PLC side?
