Unable to receive SMS on UCR-ST-B5

Hi,

I'm currently using a USC-B3-R20 controller together with a UCR-ST-B5 router.  I've downloaded the USP104_Router_SMS_Send_Receive demo file onto the controller, changing only the controller model, Panel Ethernet Configuration, and Router settings from Unilogic. Receive SMS setting under Router has also been checked.

I'm able to send out SMSs from the HMI interface using a VNC viewer, but not able to receive SMS. I've checked the system events log of the router (attached), and it does not log any SMS received, only SMS send.

Is there a setting I'm missing out or forgot to enable that is preventing the router from receiving SMS messages?
