Test Engineer Posted March 27 Report Share Posted March 27 I recently updated the PLC that we plan on using to monitor our facility. Upon restart after a remote update, I received a message that there is a Storage Unique Identifier Error and the PLC is now in Stop Mode. It says I need to contact support for help with the issue. Company policy on data safety does not allow for us to let anyone remotely access any of our equipment and this is what support requested. I cannot access the Uniapps to try and reset the PLC.
