Unable to find V130-33-RK6 on VisiLogic 9_8_96

On connecting Unitronics PLC to computer with DB9 to rj11 6wire connector Visilogic reads the following model upon communication "V130-33-RK6", Which i am unable to find on Visilogic and it says incompatible configuration when i select V130-33-R6 or any other configuration. Despite the warning the projects burns onto the PLC with complete HMI interface but IO's and relay outputs are not operating.

IO card is T4-ZK1.

You cannot find it in list.

If this PLC is a part of mashine or device - contact machine manufacturer or dealer.

Usually when something was specifically designed for an OEM there is no other way rather than contacting the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). For both, legal and thecnical reasons: since is not a standar part not anyone in the company has acces to that specific information and also it coild be that the intelectual property or disrtibution rights are only granted to the OEM .
