Schedules cannot export data when screen is locked

Since company policy requires a lockscreen after idle time,  I am having an issue with the schedules in DataXport.
Excel files are created but there is no data in the excel files, they are showing up empty.

This  only happens when the lockscreen is active, is this a known issue? Is there a workaround for this?

Windows version.

Does login account has administrative rights?

Do you run DataXport  as Administrator?
