When click on Unitronics' Remote operator at Apple or Google, expand "READ MORE" and scroll down.
Look for requirements and supported controllers models.
Jazz is not in this list, so it is not supported.
Supported most used models of PLCs, where it is required.

By the way, PC Remote Access and PC Remote Operator supports Jazz PLCs.
