Hmmm.
This topic is from year 2011.

Camera models beeng changed too.
Hope it is better to read Cognex manual. Isn't it?

Hi Pavel,
PLC specification state an external temperature for PLC as a device, not temperature inside PLC.
You have to control temperature inside enclosure, where PLC is installed, either by cooling or heating.
In case you need some advise for your project, you can ask forum community about projects experience and recommendations.
Internal sensor is for limited use.
There is no thermal protection inside PLC, either against overheat or undercool.

Hi Sam,
I will recommend to look for 4G cellular modem router.
Some models allow to send/receive SMS by HTTP ot TCP connection to Router.
You have to Google to find one suitable..
This will simplify your task.
You will not need any INIT options from PLC.
And at the same time you can send emails, etc.

In your case you have to define 3 tables and combine result in report.

MJ10-22-CS76 internal wiring provide power to PRG module as well.
*PRG module power consumption is low and used only to power RS232 communication.
*When use CS10 adapter, you have to use RS232 port with full set of signals.
Unitronics supply Prolific based USB-to-Serial converter supporting all signals.
Other converters may have only RX, TX and Ground wires. And may not supply power to PRG module.

MJ10-22-CS10 is not for modem side, it is for PC side to supply power to PRG module.
Use MJ10-22-CS76 for modem side.

Yes, you can.
But you have to use 6 wires cable.
PRG module is isolated and required power supply.
With MJ10-22-CS76 wires 1 and 6 supply power to PRG module.

Set it to Disabled, reboot computer, check that service is disabled and test again.

It seems that problem is in TAPI service of Microsoft.
Please follow next link and change service status to Manual or Disabled.
*Stop service then change service start option.

Panel and CPU should have different IPs.
UDFB is running from Ladder, so it use CPU IP, which should be set up.
CPU and Panel use an internal LAN switch, which is presented outside as 1 or 2 LAN ports.
You can use any method you find good for time correction.

Hi,
Bear in mind, that NTP servers are grouped under some names.
Each name may include number of NTP servers with different IPs.
There is an organization by name "Pool NTP" https://www.pool.ntp.org/
You can find here local or nearest NTP pools.
Some NTP servers or pools may be not active at the time you wish to make time correction, some may be busy at specific time.
So, it is recommended to keep in internal list number of NTP pools, resolve IP of less loaded NTP server , then use it to correct time.
If NTP return error (in most cases returned time is 0xFFFFFFFF as well), repeat request, then repeat IP resolution, and then replace NTP server name from list and repeat until you have good replay.

With Windows OS you can use Remote Access or Remote operator.
Download it from Unitronics support site.
For Androit and iPad/iPhone you can use Remote Operator Mobile.
Loot for it in Store (Google or Apple).
Or open VisiLogic Help ands scan appropriate barcode.

Until trend reach left side of frame, left side time is the Trend start time.
Right side time is changing as it should be.
It is not intended to see short trend.
Let trend run until all Trend window will be occupied by trend.
Then both, left side and right side time will reflect displayed time frame.
