Process at Citrus Juice Factory

MyProj.pdfJust returned from South America, where the project take place, about the process:

After the extracting the juice from the citrus they take the peels, chop them, make a mash, filter, and concentrate the liquids.(of course is more complicate than that...)

The PLC: V1210 with Ethernet Card to control the process and programming remotly. About 150 I/O's, analog inputs to control temps, levels, VSD's. analog outputs for VSD's too.

All objects in the process are programmed logicaly as FunctionBolcks, practically each object is a soubroutine.(objects are: motors,valves,analog signal,level switch,etc).
