ehud10 Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 After installing the latest version on a PC with WinXp and trying to run the software, I get an error message about "bad or missing msadox.dll" and the software terminates. This file does exist in the PC at two different locations: C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386 C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado I've already tried downloading a newer version (size 248KB) of it and replacing the 'old' files with the new version, but it seems that at the second location ("...\ado") the 'old' version (196KB) somehow remains... Anyway, these actions did not help and the error message remains too. (see attached screen photo). How do i resolve this problem???
