U90 Ladder run-time error

Dear Sir,

Can you provide more information on you working environment? Such as:

Which windows version are you using?(XP,VISTA,7 and if it;s 32bit or 64 bit)

Is it a desktop PC or notebook?

Did VisiLogic or other Unitronics software also showing this error?

Also, Can you send us the screen shot of the error message?

I have Windows XP Service Pack 3 32bit on a desktop PC. I've installed only U90Ladder but I used it on more PC in the past and I never seen this error. In attachment you can see the screenshot. thank you in advance

Dear Sir,

I passed the image to Unitronics R&D for examination and i'm waiting the comments.

Is there any firewall running? or administrator limitation?

Anyway, please try to reinstall U90Ladder as follow:

  • Backup your application files.
  • Uninstall U90Ladder.
  • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files
  • Erase the “Unitronics” folder from- C:\Program Files\Common Files.
  • Install U90Ladder again.

Please let us know your results!

If you still facing the same problem, we assume that you don't have MDAC or Jet installed on your computer you can check it here:

Please try to install MDAC:

Please install Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8:

I tried to install MDAC and Jet but with service pack 3 is not necessary. thank you, no working yet. thank you

Hi I have a trouble with the installation of the U90Ladder 6.2.1, be stop the process in 40% and show the following error : "Component transfer error" and show the same error with the lastest version (6.6.6). The day 05/09/2014 I installed normally, but today 08/09/2014 I started the U90Ladder and show me this error: Runtime error '70'. My laptop have Windows 7 starter, Service pack 1, 32 bits. Please I hope your early response, thanks.
