datatables and setpoint

hello all

Could someone explaine to me how i setup this mode in ladder.

i would like to have a datatable to input the setpoints in for my heat control.

could someone make an example for me becouse im litle lost in this area.

in this datatable i allso wont a set of setpoints that only is valid between lets say 2.00pm and 9.00pm

any tips or example for this is very welcome.
