Don2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Report Share Posted July 10, 2015 I now have a project where I have 35 Unitronics plcs all connected via CanBus using UniCan protocol, along with one plc as the Bridge connected via TCP, all is working very well. My wish is when I want to make some logic changes to a plc why won't Visilogic remember what CanBus ID Number is used for said program for said plc? Ofir Posted July 12, 2015 Report Share Posted July 12, 2015 Hi, The unit ID is determined via SI8 or using the ladder element "Set PLC network ID". VisiLogic doesnt search for this functions as it can be indirect (ID from operand and not constant). Also using VisiLogic you can online or download regardless the program which is open.
