darknesspic
Hi all, I'm using v280 and my PID input is 4-20mA (-60-60c),setpoint is degree c, output is 0-5v. Please advise the limit cv,pv what should they are? Thank you.
Gabriel Franco
PV low limit: -60 PV high limit: +60 CV low limit: 0 CV high limit: 10000 (Equivalent to 100.00% with 2 decimal places), then you must linearize CV to your analog output to 0 ... 5 V, using X1 = 0, X2 = 10000, X = CV. Y1 and Y2 values depend of your analog output card.
Walkerok
Knowing that you have a 4-20ma temp sensor that you have to scale to show -60 to 60 on a screen. After you linearize the temperature everything can be compared to the final degrees celcius engineering units you are using so your min and max limits should be -600 to 600 (I am assuming you will have 1 decimal place.
