Increse Counter by Input (i/o)

Hello friends how i can put a coeunter in my program , just simple counter when received active input 15.

not counter like high speed, simple increase each time input 15 is active.

I don't know if that's what you are looking for, but:

 

 I15          MI0

-|P|-----[Inc]

 

 

So the MI will be increment every time I15 goes up (And it must go down, for the next pulse to be counted).
