masrellim
I am running v280, v200-18-e5b, and io-d16a3-to16. I am wondering why the high speed outputs are different between the snap in and the expansion modules? In the hardware configuration the snap in asks for 3 operands and the expansion asks for only 2. MVP 2022 Joe Tauser Posted February 14, 2017 MVP 2022 Report Share Posted February 14, 2017 The Snap IO modules are an older design and require a separate bit to "turn on" the high speed output. The IO-DI16 is a newer product and the output will turn on just by calling its address. Is this a new installation? I would totally recommend the V560 if it is - color and much more power for $200 more. Joe T.
