Problem with Timers

I have a problem with the program I am doing, mainly caused by my inexperience, it's my first Unitronics

What I am trying to do is to extend the O4 output for 1 sec, because it's a pneumatic component, with the TE4, after that I have to wait some more time before the piston came back on its position and I have made the TD3 delay.

All of this is included in a project for the automatic cut of guskets, so it will cycle back until the quantity inserted is zero.

Now my problem is that when MB5 is ON, the coil to activate TE4 don't do anything, what I'm making wrong ?

Change TE 4 in rung 9 from a Positive Transition Contact to a Direct Contact.
