UniLogic does not start

Hi,
I downloaded the latest version of the software, i installed without problem but it does not start.

PC:
Intel Core i7-4700MQ
RAM 12GB
HDD with free space 500GB
Windows 10 home 1803
Build 17134.81

There is a topic here where this is discussed.

 

There is a RAR file attached to one of the posts. If you follow the instructions with this you should solve your problem.
