ethernet card initalization

Using a Samba 7 PLC,  SM70-J-RA22, with the snap in Ethernet module installed.  

Unable to establish communication with the unit.   Have verified the IP address, Subnet Mask & Gateway  assigned is the same in both the communication setup FB's as well as the remote PC's communication window.    Below is the lines of ladder logic  that initialize the Ethernet module, let me know if you see something obvious here.  

IT is not my specialty, so this is a bit more challenging for me... everyday is a learning experience
