V570 Illegal Word Operand Access

Recommended Posts

Hi everybody, I download the program to the V570 with the V200-18-4XB and a IO ATC8 in response get illegal word operand access, when I reset the plc the screen just start blinking on and off; I turn off the plc take the card out and can reset plc then everything start normally, turn off intall the card and turn back on start normally again, but if I turn off the plc I have to start the cycle again ( turn off remove card etc. etc. ) Also check SDW60 and for time to time it comes up 1024 but not error code info in visilogic help menu.

Options I try:

1- Reset the V570 to factory defalts

2- Download the program with Visilogic 8.6.0 and 8.6.1

3- Download the program without the cards

Does anybody can give me an idea how to solve this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody:

1) Run OS update, download empty application everything runs normally.

2) Download application with V200-18-E3/4EX card everything fine.

3) Turn OPLC off plug in card, turn on and the screen start blinking (no programming downloaded).

4) Turn OPLC off unplug card, turn OPLC back on.

Result:

V290/V570 (T20B)

O.S. (Stop Mode - Fatal Error)
